1. My room was clean, nice bedspreads and sheets, wall-mounted flatscreen tv, good wired and wireless internet service.

6. Wireless did not work in the room, and when I called to ask about this, was told that they were carrying out an upgrade that would make this possible, and that there was complimentary wireless to use in the lobby.

7. That said, I have a real problem with a high end hotel that does not have good Wifi service in the rooms.

9. I took my laptop to the library where you can get free WIFI and did some work comfortably while taking in the activity of people coming and going.
