7. The bathroom sink was rusted and the small shampoo bottle in the room when I checked in was only 2/3 full, thankfully I travel with my own.

The hot water handle in the bathroom sink broke (wouldn't turn off (it was promptly repaired) and our TV remote had to be replaced (as did several others, I overheard the requests when we were standing near the front desk) Overall I would recommend the hotel due to its proximity to the National Mall, but there may be a few minor inconveniences.
