1. (and get the free DC wifi) Our room wasnt ready as we arrived in the morning so the guy at the reception (Andre Hooker - he is sooooo nice) send us an short and nice email as it were ready - nice service.

3. Next time I will definately take the recommendations of our fellow Tripadvisor travellers and bypass this hotel - at least until the renovations are completed, we get free Wifi, and they fill up the promenade shops.

5. I was at the hotel for a conference and received free wifi, but the wifi was so slow it was unusable I can not imagine having to pay for internet and getting dialup speeds.

7. Of course, it was a little annoying that a hotel of this caliber would nickel-and-dime for things like wireless internet, breakfast, etc, but it wasn't a huge issue since I wasn't there on business.
