3. Overall: Unless you are in town on business and your meetings are in one of the several massive government offices buildings surrounding the hotel, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a hotel that is situated more in the midst of interesting shops and restaurants downtown.

10. The concierge gets paid by restaurants that he recommends, so when we asked for a close place to eat, he said the nearest was in Chinatown, which is 2 miles away.
