We were celebrating our 11th anniversary and when we told them that we got a VERY generous 'romantic weekend' package 'upgrade' free of charge that included - dinner for two (!) at their restaurant, a surprise delivery of champagne and strawberries dipped in chocolate and a room with an 'upgraded' view, and a voucher for one breakfast buffet.

In-depth review below but to summarize:CONS:- poor customer service at front desk- dirty & outdated rooms- a lot of freeway + airport noise- $30 for parking- $11 for wifi with weak signal- charge for toll-free callsPROS:- location: comfortable walking distance to many attractions- free parking on weekends at meters along front of hotel- friendly restaurant staff- views & balconies (on 14th and 15th floors)I booked a 2-night, pre-paid stay through a 3rd party.
