5. I will start with the good news:It is located over the L'Enfant shopping plaza - a sort of mid-tier mall which itself is located over a major transit station on the very good DC underground Metro system.

10. The location is excellent, from the proximity to the mall (a two-minute walk) to the underground mall (never hurts to have a Five Guys in your back pocket if you need a quick bite).
