Pros:- great location, close to White House and other attractions- excellent gym, one of the biggest hotel gyms I've seen (free for silver and above)- short walk to MetroCons:- executive level room was very average- room was not clean (hair on bathroom floor and in sink)- club lounge is ridiculously small and crowdedOverall, I was disappointed with this property.

4. The next room was lighter, but had not been properly cleaned - there was rubbish in the bins, towels used by the previous occupant and a broken mirror in the bathroom.

8. No one to meet and greetas a Gold member I was supposed to be automatically put on the Exec floor, I was given a 'bigger room' on another floor with a tiny bathroom.
