3. I called down at the desk for a wake up call for 5:00 AM and never received a wake up call, almost missed the Super Shuttle pick up that they wouldn't make the arrangements for.

4. A line of twenty five deep for cocktails and only 2 slow staff members, asked the front services to arrange a Super Shuttle pick up and he gave me their web address and 1-800 number, really, is this the self service Embassy Suites, the guest doesn't pay your salary.

5. When I called the front desk again to see if there is a shuttle that can take us to national zoo the man who answered (a different person than the 1st) simply said no and did not offer any other option.
