1. Even if you get one of the coveted spaces below for $30 a night, you may end up not being able to find a space, or having to park in an aisle, etc. The front desk staff at this property is not as uniformly trained in superb customer service and customer engagement as is the case elsewhere, meaning that your interaction is a crap shoot depending on the personality of the person you get.

2. Pricy parking though especially considering it is cheaper to park at the Ritz Carlton just one block away.

8. the downsides were: 1) very very very slow and overcrowded elevators, 2) they charge you to connect to their wireless internet service (i know, other places do it too, but it's an unnecessary, offensive surcharge) and 3) there was no onsite parking availability so we had to park at another hotel (!).
