1. Lack of free wifi was annoying, but lots of internet kiosks in lobby.

5. The wireless in the lobby only made no sense, why do you want a bunch of people hanging out in your lobby.

6. the downsides were: 1) very very very slow and overcrowded elevators, 2) they charge you to connect to their wireless internet service (i know, other places do it too, but it's an unnecessary, offensive surcharge) and 3) there was no onsite parking availability so we had to park at another hotel (!).
