1. All in all, perhaps this hotel can offer a better experience when it is not so crowded and it is still good value for DC, but it also has quite a few shortcomings that need fixing.

7. You just can't beat the Metro for value and convenience -- for example, the Smithsonian stop brings you up right in front of the Smithsonian Castle, Natural History/Science and Air/Space Museums.
