1. Parking would be the only bad thing I can say about the hotel, it is expensive, however we got lucky and found a spot accross the street for free, tip weekend parking is free, thank you concierge for that great tip.

2. He met us on the street as we pulled in, and quickly told us that since it was a holiday (day after Christmas), we could park that day on the street in front of the hotel for free, as long as we moved our vehicle into their garage or elsewhere by 7 the next morning.

3. Don't expect the Ritz Carlton, but at less than half of the cost per night you will be pleased with the spacious and comfortable accommodations at the ES on 22nd & N Streets.

6. Our room overlooked 22nd street which is high end residential walkups and apartment buildings very nicely landscaped with many old trees.

7. Walgreens open 24 hrs across the street is convenient for meds, milk, etc. Super easy to use their computer to connect to airline and print boarding pass.

8. As for parking, there is plenty of FREE street parking on weekend, so don't bother with the insanely expensive garage unless you have to.
