4. From the friendly doormen who greeted us everytime we entered to the courteous front desk staff who efficiently checked us in and out, they were all terrific.

5. Hotel staff very friendly and willing to go out of way to help visitors - such as hailing cabs, confirming directions, getting extra items to rooms (a couple of lights were burned out and were replaced within minutes of our check-in), storing luggage on our last day.
