4. Check in was fast, bellman was very friendly and helpful in answering all our questions regarding metro, local restaurants, etc. Our room was very spacious and clean.

5. Pluses: Linda at the front desk was very pleasant at check in; the room was comfortable and had all the necessities; the location was convenient and only a few blocks away from the Dupont Circle metro station (I enjoy walking and the weather was beautiful).

6. Cons - Kids everywhere, tried to check in early, the staff member like a robot stated three times that check in time was 4:00 PM, she took our cell phone number and said she would would call when the room was ready, nobody called.
