5. Most staff was helpful but nothing special except housekeeping: daily maid did great job on room & providing extra towels, kleenex, etc. On site restaurant is ok, pizza wasn`t bad & it was convenient, but better restaurants in Dupont Circle of Georgetown.

8. , small computer terminals free in lobby often were nonfunctional, parking was in the hotel 1 block away --same charge as lot in hotel always too crowded, one day the maids just never came--several phone calls lead to this being rectified at 730 pm after being out the whole day.

9. My one big problem was I came back one day and my door was open, apparently the maid had not closed the door tightly enough when he or she finished cleaning the room.

10. Really, the only negative that I can think of is that every morning the maid opened the door without knocking (the chain was always on, so she never came all the way in, but it was a disturbing way to be woken every morning!).
