' during the reception/breakfast, so you never feel like it's a loud place.

The hotel was very busy, so kids running around and
noise
at breakfast and at cocktail hour was the norm, as were longish lines for cocktails (evening) or custom-made omelets (boring).

though, our room was very quiet, (622) and I would stay here again any time that I am in DC.
