The hotel itself looks nice, but the service leaves a lot to be desired, the staff is polite but dry, some even botherline passive-aggreasive, the breakfast lacks variety and can go as far as to say that they're quite stingy, the area is ok and the cleanliness was average, overall under-whelmed and would not return to this property which is a shame because I do enjoy most Embassy Suites.

Even if you get one of the coveted spaces below for $30 a night, you may end up not being able to find a space, or having to park in an aisle, etc. The front desk staff at this property is not as uniformly trained in superb customer service and customer engagement as is the case elsewhere, meaning that your interaction is a crap shoot depending on the personality of the person you get.

9. Service was excellent, from bellman to front desk folks to bartenders to pool staff (a woman who swept up the pool area around 10 pm was pleasant, friendly and swept at a brisk, competent pace).
