5. That is what you get in that location at that level, so I'm not complaining, just letting would-be travelers know that if they want to sleep before the wee hours, they should request an upper floor at check-in.

6. The location is excellent, at Canal and Bourbon Street, and you can get anywhere you'd like easily.

7. The room was very quiet considering the location directly on Bourbon Street, but we were on the ninth floor, which no doubt helped dissipate some of the noise, but we were also pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise from other rooms and within the hotel.
