1. There was a huge wireless convention in town and that may have contributed to the rooms not getting cleaned etc..

7. We enjoyed our stay and I can echo many of the earlier comments on TA - very helpful staff at the front desk, large clean rooms, higher beds than in most hotels, quick elevators and nice lobby (used the free wireless).
