9. I was welcomed by the reception desk and shown to my room by the bell hop who carried my bags (and didn't expect a tip!) The room was large enough for me with a big bathroom and all the necessary amenities including a complimentary safe in the closet and iron with ironing board, trouser press and hair dyer in the bathroom.
