1. There were only 3 computers so I'd recommend going early or during off hours if you need to get stuff done for work etc. The second floor has a balcony that was great looking down on Bourbon street that have no seats but tables to set your drinks on.

10. The bell staff did help out wonderfully when we got in on a Friday evening by coming down the street and meeting us farther out, helping direct traffic, and making the arrival more pleasant.
