1. The day I arrived everything I could have needed was there (including two drinking glasses on desk and one in bathroom)except the bath robe was missing.

4. We read from some, that the Westin was getting dated, but did not find that, as the rooms were very updated, bathrooms large, bed 'heavenly' as always advertised, front desk modern, staff helpful and professional.

8. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything else you would expect, HD tv, fridge, safe, etc. The bathroom was nice size with a good shower head.

9. I did have an issue with my sink on the second day, it started leaking profusely from the bottom, I called down to the front desk before I left for my meeting, and when I came back 2 hours later the bathroom had been cleaned up and sink repaired as if nothing had ever happened.

10. Well appointed rooms, the beds and linens - nice, great newly done bathrooms etc. Onsite restaurants that are open until 10pm, food that you may not find anywhere else nearby if you decided to eat a late dinner.
