8. This hotel is green and does not give you a bill under the door and it's not on your tv so you have to go to front desk to check out and make sure charges are ok.

10. and what I mean is that I usually get the rate reduced as much as half via a bidding site, and never park in the hotel's own garage which adds $40 to your bill a day (parking $8 a night one bldg over at World Trade Center garage).
