3. Priceline would not change my hotel so I called and spoke with the Bonaventure manager who was very helpful and assured me there are no bedbugs.

7. Just sit in the lobby for a bit and see who gets sent to which tower and see which you'd like to go to, then see the manager.

8. This is a major problem at this hotel and really all they need to do is likely hire a new valet manager - the gentlemen in charge clearly does not have the management skills to manage his staff in that environment.
