Priceline would not change my hotel so I called and spoke with the Bonaventure
manager
who was very helpful and assured me there are no bedbugs.

This is a major problem at this hotel and really all they need to do is likely hire a new valet

- the gentlemen in charge clearly does not have the management skills to manage his staff in that environment.
