2. Maybe because it is an older property, the shower and bed are maybe not as 'Heavenly' as some other Westin properties, but overall the room suited my needs perfectly (traveling alone) with king-sized bed and computer desk.

6. I was upgraded for being an SPG member to probably the best and largest suite I've ever stayed in, I wish I hadn't been there for work travel as it would have been an awesome suite to have partied with a bunch of friends.

7. The hotel tried to diminish the noise in a very professional manner but at same time moved us to a small suite which was amazing(great view, comfortable king bed, separate siting area with sleeper sofa for my kids).

10. Having checked in late and being sent to a room that housekeeping hadn't cleaned the staff were most obliging at 1 am and upgraded me tona suite and did so efficiently , mistakes happen , it's how they are rectified that matters.
