1. Also they charge you for the use of the phone for making toll free and local numbers, that includes using an international calling card.

4. Hotel is somewhat dated, could use new carpet in the room, noisy from traffic (suggest higher room) thermostat off, (it was a little warm despite setting at 62 degrees) of course parking charge outragerous!(parking staff friendly and fast) I always complain about charge for internet.

5. They mistakenly gave us a wrong side dish (cole slaw) instead of fruit so when we called to let them know the error we had an enormous fruit tray delivered to our room right away (free of charge).

9. It turned out that our bank was refusing the charge because the front desk was not running it properly, and was trying to charge us twice (which we found out for ourselves when we called the bank after they refused to).
