The service however is outstanding from the valet who retrieved my blackberry cable and had the bellhop bring it up to my room without hesitation, the check in employee who made me feel welcome, and the gentleman I ran into in the basement, who redirected me without making me feel as if I was intruding on private territory.

10. I could tell that the employees were trained to speak to us in a certain manner, i.e., use our name, etc. but I have to say that every single staff member was not only professional in conduct, but sincere and genuine in providing service.
