The service however is outstanding from the valet who retrieved my blackberry cable and had the bellhop bring it up to my room without hesitation, the check in employee who made me feel welcome, and the gentleman I ran into in the basement, who redirected me without making me feel as if I was intruding on private territory.

7. This is a major problem at this hotel and really all they need to do is likely hire a new valet manager - the gentlemen in charge clearly does not have the management skills to manage his staff in that environment.
