1. Everything is there, in order of importance, really good beds, relaxed atmosphere, comfortable room, good food and bar at hand, nice and helpful people, moderate prices, very close to one of the largest shopping malls.

6. Besides that the rooms are funky-cool, Chris and Shawna were great to work with, catering and beverage service were great (delicious and plentiful food, even at breaks) and they do one of the fastest room turn-arounds I've ever experienced.
