2. With a party of nine it was a bit of a scramble and we were all tired but the staff, Tanya Smith and Alma Aguirre saw to it we could sit and have a complimentary breakfast while we waited.

3. I paid about USD130 which considering the value offer, the complimentary shuttle service, the great breakfast and the excellent service and customer care is a great deal.

4. The hotel also boasted a complimentary shuttle service, but apparenlty doesn't operate the shuttle on holidays, despite what the front desk agent clerk told me and my gf.

7. If this hotel speaks for most 4 star hotels (this is my 1st), I think I'll stick with 3 star, who offers me double Queen size beds, free parking, no tipping, spacious bathrooms, complimentary water, not to mention complimentary breakfast, and salt water pools.
