1. Their property is located on a very busy street/highway intersection, where police are literally hired to make sure you can pull in.

3. Very convenient if you want to visit the outlets (just take US 290 if you want to get to the Houston Premium Outlets or Highway 10 West if you want to get to Katy Mills Outlets) both less than 30 mins away from hotel.

4. The hotel is very difficult to access & leave, as it is located on the corner of a very busy highway access road (610) & Westheimer and there is only one entry point.

5. The rooms facing the freeway get quite a lot of noise from the roadway at night - if you're a light sleeper make sure to request a room on one of the top floors (the highway is level with about the 3rd floor).

6. When we got there the highway was just 100 m from the hotel, we waited 10 minutes before checking in because the receptionist was busy with another client ( 1 receptionist for such a big hotel).
