1. Many of the rooms' windows face each other in a sort of courtyard that is just cement and stucco, so I preferred the noise over a view looking into another guest's room.

2. Our room had a 'view' toward the wharf, it overlooked a parking lot but was nice for the Fisherman's Wharf area, although we got a bit of traffic noise from the street below.

8. We were pretty much able to walk to all the places we wanted to go, but it was far enough off the main area of Fisherman's Wharf to keep us clear of constant noise and foot traffic.
