6. Convenientto everything, walk to Ghiaradelli Square, Fisherman's wharf, took cable cars,did the boattrour around alcatraz, Room was very, very clean, nice, plenty of towels, breakfast is included and was exceptional, better than Hampton Inns.

10. The housekeeping were very thorough, coming daily to replace towels and also bathroom items such as shampoo etc. The hotel does provide free of charge any other toiletry item you may have forgotten to bring.
