1. my first reaction was of disbelief, then anger, i paid good money to stay here and these people come in and walk past as if were nothing.

2. Go to the View Lounge at top of Marriott and you will have an awesome views of city at night, little couches cool lounge but be prepared to spend a little money.

5. The hotel is excellent and good value for money with good sized rooms and breakfast included, only a short walk to Fisherman`s Wharf and Pier 39, Regular bus services running past the hotel, and close to the Street and Cable cars.
