1. The 8 mile walk took 3 hours, and the staff was accommodating in extending our check out time to 3:00PM before we headed back to the airport on the shuttle van .

2. For a fun filled day, if you have the energy catch a cab to Haight Ashbury, walk from Masonic down Haight St and check out all the great shops and survivors of the hippy and punk eras.
