4. we stayed at HI Express 7th nov for 10 nights had a wonderful time, hotel very clean breakfast repeative but good, reception vert helpful and room was always clean got upgraded to a suite which was great brilliant location near to the wharf and pier 39 couldn't fault the hotel would stay here again.

6. The HI Express delivered as advertised (free breakfast, free internet in the room) and we had a junior suite which includes a microwave and mini-frig (a must have for us), The hotel seems relatively new; the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

8. This was our first trip to San Francisco with children ( 9,11,13), we had a 2 bedroom family suite, which was spacious, even with the sofa bed pulled out.
