4. Staff was wonderful, gave us a very nice quiet room, room was very nice, clean, nice bed with choice of pillows, Hotel was in excellent condition, Concierge arranged a tour for us very easily.

6. The rooms are ok - this hotel probably needs a bit of a refresh in 2012 as things are starting to look a bit out of date and worn but that said, everything was clean and the bed was comfortable.
