1. We've eaten in all the restaurants on site: for dinner, Tidepools which has for 10 years consistently been excellent, Dondero's, Yum Cha and the Seaview Terrace, for breakfast Ilima Terrace and Poipu Bay Clubhouse and lunch at The Dock.

5. I had very low expectations in regards to the food options, and while the food poolside was mediocre at best, our dinners at tidepools, stevenson's library sushi, and donderos were fabulous.
