When I repeated to her what I had told Don, she had no problem giving us a real ocean view room (keep in mind that this is different from an ocean front room, but what I like about the ocean view vs ocean front is that the patio is north facing, which is much better light and gave us some really neat sunrise and sunset shots)So even though we did end up with a very nice room, the experience we had upon check in ruined the entire trip for us and all I can recall is the bad attitude and lies we received from Royal Lahaina.
