5. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and were upgraded to a better accomodation than we had paid for (cottage with ocean view instead of garden view) free of charge because it was our honeymoon, which was nice.

10. The only letdown was that as paying guests of the hotel, we thought it a bit rough that you pay $10.00 a night for parking in their big carpark but it seems like all the hotel's charge that.
