1. 2) There is a daily parking fee, and the while we never had a problem parking at the resort, we did have to park a pretty good distance away at times.

4. Just be warned that if you arrive to the hotel at night, you may have to park all the way in the back lot which is about 5 min walk to the hotel lobby.

5. So you will need a rental car (and pay to park in Lahaina, which can be expensive) or take the free resort shuttle bus to Whaler's Village and pay $1 for public transportation to downtown Lahaina.
