3. I was disappointed inour cottage room, but we upgraded to an oceanview tower room and then to a oceanfront suite both for a very reasonable upgrade fee.

4. We had originally booked a partial ocean view but decided to upgrade to a full ocean view when we checked in for a small fee, we were not disappointed.

7. I called the front desk regarding how disapointed we were the nice front desk lady understood our concerns and offered us a room in the new Towers with an additional fee for this upgrade?of course we went first to see the room and inspect the room before we would consider a change.
