4. The Rittenhouse hotel is simply a luxury experience where the staff is incredibly helpful, the rooms are wonderful (even to the point of welcoming you by name on the TV screen), a complimentary shoe shine, choice of newspapers, wonderful turn down service and high end amenities.

The staff at this hotel obviously takes pride in being apart of such a wonderful establishment and it is relayed in their on the minute response, 100% professionalism and politeness, quality and quantity of their service, and self-efficacy in trying to define 'extraordinary' in the hotel industry.
