1. I did really want to be able to give the hotel a 5 star/excellent rating but because of the treatment by the front desk (first impressions are everything) and just the way the hallways and rooms felt a bit dated when compared to the service level and price of the rooms held me back.

2. Clean, quiet, friendly, beautiful, luxurious bathroom, roomy, great location (shopping, food and beautiful park steps away), comfortable bed, excellent view of park and city, champagne and cookies upon arrival, complimentary chocolates - it was perfect.
