1. I do have to be honest in that I have stayed in other resorts that offer a much better quality mattress and bedding, but again it was very comfortable so I really can't complain - just not what I would have thought for the cost of the room and it being a Leading Hotel of the World.

2. The 2nd room was adequate (after we moved from the first which had not been to our liking), but we have had bigger and better rooms (and suites.

3. The only things that could make this hotel better are -1) if the spa was open later than 6 PM on Saturdays2) if they had a hot tub in the spa (there is a pool, steam room and sauna already)Otherwise I could live at this hotel - we love it that much.

6. The lobby is small which allows the staff to see you more often and thus interact with its guests better.

7. Very nice rooms (better than the Four Seasons), superb staff and service and a number of little thoughtful touches that make this the best room in town at prices that generally are lower than the Four Seasons.
