1. I was looking forward to swim in their pool, as hotel guests are having free access to the Adolf Biecker Spa, but alas, it was closed during our stay.

2. Another plus was the free Internet (wired and wireless), the turn down service with robes and slippers and LaCroix chocolates, and the generously sized tubes of Aromatherapy toiletteries.

3. Make up mirror and big dressing mirror were helpful, and the free Fiji water and the fresh nuts were a nice greeting, along with a welcome card from the management.

4. The Rittenhouse works hard to earn my business - some free goodies, a huge room, and an enormous bathroom with seperate shower and tub.

5. The rooms are amazing- huge, beautifully furnished with a desk, free internet, huge TV, big sofa in a room that must be 2-3x the size of a normal hotel room.

6. Our LHW Leader's Club membership provide a bountiful continental breakfast in our deluxe room, two huge cheese platters on arrival and free WiFi.

8. How perfect you ask?How about 5 minutes after the room service call for morning coffee to arrive? How about free champagne, cookies and chocolate-dipped strawberries every afternoon? How about a free toy for every child that checks in.
