4. Again, hard to complain, but we got the feeling that for some reason that was more convenient for them (because there's a washer/dryer & kitchen sink in the suite perhaps easier to clean?).

6. Turn down service was done by a SWAT team: for some reason, rearranging the room was part of the mission and they moved shoes, a suitcase and threw away my hanger with a dry cleaner plastic bag that I saved so tote a dress home without wrinkles.

7. To the good: great location, very spacious rooms, and reasonable prices; to the bad: cheesy decor that seems at least 10 years old, low ceilings, nasty smell in the corridors, mediocre continental breakfast, lots of noise in the corridors on a Sunday morning, cramped, claustrophobic health club.

9. Whereas most hotels allow you to leave pets alone in the room if they are in a crate, here they do not allow you to leave the pet in the room at any time for any reason.
