4. The service was quick and you didn't have to wait while the person on the phone asked someone else whether the answer was yes or no; it's clear all staff members are empowered and encouraged to do whatever it takes to please the guest.

5. I chose this hotel for a weekend stay in Philadelphia after reading a lot of reviews on this site, and I'm pleased to say that this is by far the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in.

8. Since many of the restaurants were full the poor man had to go back to the drawing board each time we called and try for a new place but he sounded refreshed and eager to please each time he heard me on the line.
