1. Make up mirror and big dressing mirror were helpful, and the free Fiji water and the fresh nuts were a nice greeting, along with a welcome card from the management.

8. The Rittenhouse hotel is simply a luxury experience where the staff is incredibly helpful, the rooms are wonderful (even to the point of welcoming you by name on the TV screen), a complimentary shoe shine, choice of newspapers, wonderful turn down service and high end amenities.
