5. However my spectacular Room was anything but, I got stuck in an awkward corner room that required some dancing just to get into with an angled entry way and the bathroom tile was in horrible shape and and overall the bathroom needed to be scrubbed down.

6. They upgraded our room to a spectacular Room (not sure if this was because of the mix-up or due to my SPG Platinum status).
